    Since it’s easy money for women and there’s demand from childless couples, there are high chances that it will be pushed underground. Rather than a blanket ban, the government must regulate the sector, introduce strict norms an ensure good health of mother and baby.

    I think banning anything means that thing is done illegally and for example surrogacy the couples who opt for surrogacy will take undue advantage of the surrogate mother or vice a versa the best thing would be to make a team of experts of this fields and make regulations for surrogacy to protect right of all the parties involved
